      We will happily accept returns for a refund for 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, the return period is extended to January 31st for gift or holiday orders placed from November 1 through December 31st of the previous year.

      All clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

      We replace items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size for 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

      To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in new condition. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if its condition is such that the item cannot be resold.

      There are two ways to exchange an item: 
      1) Recommended and fastest way – Place a new order for the desired item and send the original item back to us as a return. 
      2) Ship the item back to us and upon receipt we will ship your exchanged item to you.

      Event and game day shirt designs are exempt from returns or exchanges. These designs were created for time-sensitive events such as playoffs, championship games, elections, etc. and cannot be returned or exchanged after the event. Event and game day shirt designs will be noted on the product description page.

      All clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

      Submitting Your Return or Exchange: 
      To complete your return or exchange, the first step is to locate your order number. You will need it to proceed.

      Next please email us at with your order number and a description of your issue. If it is an exchange, please provide the item and the size that you are exchanging for. Additionally, please include the recipient and address you would like the exchanged item to be sent to.

      We will advise you as to next steps and if necessary we will email you a return shipping label to expedite processing your return or exchange.

      Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt. You will also be notified if your request has been processed.

      Any item that is damaged, is not in its original condition, contains animal or human hair, is returned more than 30 days after delivery, or is returned for other reasons not due to our error is ineligible for a refund.

      If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

      Late or Missing Refunds: 
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take several business days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, once your return has been received and processed, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver that placed the original purchase and he/she will be notified about your return.
